home sick

Innocently looking on the internet this morning i found a (very high) potential house for us! It ticks all the boxes... good location, good price, good size, big bay windows, good parking (no garage but suddenly that priority doesn't matter anymore..) and it's WHITE. Ok so i didn't ever intend to go for a house with a white exterior too but if anyone should have one then it's me.

Only small snag is, it could be sold already.... I'm getting a call back tomorrow to let me know. I'm obsessed already though, i WANT, NEED this house. I've not even seen it yet and i have butterflies, what if it's sold! I feel sick.

I don't know why i keep looking at property when we can't afford to move right now but it just seems to happen. Just found this gorgeous house in very good location, although i can't look at any interior pics and it's out of our current budget. I still get a little flutter inside though.... think it might be the bay fronts that do it....

AND i always fall for the 'rare oportunity' in the wording and it makes me want it even more!

dream house?

Maybe not the best obsession i've ever had, but i found this house on rightmove and although it requires full refurbishment i can't stop obsessing about how perfect it could be (ok i know it looks a bit grotty....) and it is SO RIDICULOUSLY CHEAP - £115,000!!!!

Major downside is..... it is actually too far away. If it was closer to our area i would snap it up right this very second. Think i will email to Lee anyway....
