Quite literally. So yes... i have decided my life will be better if i have festoon lights in the garden. Anyone know what festoon lights are? Well i didn't but now i do - the big traditional party lights that kinda just look like bulbs on a black wire. I love them! Obsessed. All gardens look better with lighting at night and i will soon be able to sit in the sunroom in the evening and admire my new beauties :)
And loving the tealight candle in jars for pretty and very cheap lighting.....

The jars look great don't they. I have a stack of saved jars. Simple ideas are always the best.
I've seen fantastic hummingbird lights in Laura Ashley that I'd love for our attic room.
I'm a big fan of these in the garden too but didn't know they were called festoon lights.

I've always wondered what those were called! AND, I saw some beautifully simple smaller mason jars at the thrift last weekend and didn't get them because I was in a hurry. Seeing them with tealights is making me kick myself!
