That last picture - wow! I love the juxtaposition between lush shady landscaping including ancient ferns with modern architecture and furniture.
Greay kitchen and even greater sofa (I want it)! Love this place. Good find!

walls look like breeze blocks to me - not at all homely. I do have a penchant for ferns though and have a tremendous 5 foot tree fern, love the garden!
