On my way back from a party on Saturday night i passed this beauty. Ideal house. Ideal location. Just on the outskirts of Stamford so Lee should approve, we both dream about having a 3 storey 'Notting Hill' style home with basement. I was itchcing to have a look on the Estate Agents website to see how much, and found it....

£825,000 is SO ridiculously out of our upcoming house budget!!! It shows how totally out of touch i am with house prices, felt quite sad. BUT i have to remember that this is 5 bedrooms, will i ever want 5 bedrooms? Err no, can't see it. so yes i would like this one but in a smaller size with a smaller price tag please :)
